Set up a new clinic’s account
Walk a new clinic through signup and the guided setup conversation, end to end.

Steps
- Go to Sign up and create the account with the clinic’s own email and a password — this becomes the doctor’s login.
- Clivera walks them through a short conversational setup: their name, clinic name, practice type, address, qualifications, whether they work solo or with an assistant, consultation days/hours, fees, and their UPI ID for collecting payment.
- If they said they work with front-desk staff, follow up in Staff to add the assistant’s name and email — a separate step, done once the doctor’s own account exists.
- Point them to Settings afterward to upload their clinic logo and signature stamp, so documents look right from day one.
Done when
The clinic has a working doctor login with correct hours, and — if assisted — an assistant login that can actually sign in.
Talking points
- The setup conversation is deliberately short — most clinics finish it in under five minutes, which is worth saying out loud during a demo.
- Say the UPI line explicitly: fees go straight to the clinic’s own account, Clivera never sits in the payment path. This is usually the first financial question you’ll get.
Common objections
Can we switch from solo to assisted (or back) later?
Yes — it’s a toggle in Settings → Working style, not a one-time choice made at signup.
